There are many varied styles of Martial Arts that can be broken down into specialised fields,
Such as tae kwon do for its Dynamic kicking,
Styles known for hand techniques such as the art of boxing and wing chun kung fu,
Or the unsurpassed locks, chokes and submission holds of ju-jitsu,
Tae-jitsu incorporates all these styles of the fighting arts
Becoming the most well-rounded and complete martial art of its age.
Are system can be used by anyone, irrespective of strengh, weight or gender.
You will find Tae-jitsu an extremely enjoyable way to improve your fitness and look after yourself.

We welcome people who want to train hard, People who want to get fit, or people just passing through
who would like to pick-up snipets of information, we are open to everyone.

Mission

We Insist that everyone who leaves are classes has learnt something,
So if attacked, will be able to protect themselfs from day one.

Training consist's of:
Warmup Excersises
Flexability - Stretching: Static, Active, Dynamic and isometric
Footwork, Balance, Timing, Speed and Power.
TakeDowns, Arm and Leg locks, chokes, Distruction of Objects.
Use of Focus Pads, Kicking shields, Punchbags, and Breaking Boards to enhance your training.
Point Sparring, Continues Sparring, Sparring with takedown into finishing locks and holds, Floor Sparring.

We pride ourselves for our friendly family atmosphere. We will do our upmost to ensure you are made welcome.
